MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Greater Los Angeles area) Savoy West Apartments (128 units) has an immediate opening for a full-time highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician. IMMEDIATE OPENING for a highly skilled, experienced maintenance technician to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance and renovations. Qualified applicants will be responsible for performing and completing work orders/repairs, as well as unit turnovers (painting, cleaning, etc.) Heavy experience in plumbing and electrical preferred. HVAC certification required. Must be available to be on call for multiple properties. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Scheduling, performing, and completing work order and repairs · All unit Turnover maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.) · All Maintenance · All Preventative Maintenance · Renovations QUALIFICATIONS: · Heavy experience in plumbing preferred · Heavy experience in electrical preferred · HVAC Certification required · Ability to be on-call · Basic carpentry skills preferred · Experience in painting · Provide basic hand tools · Ability to read, write and speak English · Ability to communicate professionally · Strong customer service skills · Must have reliable transportation · Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record · Proof of Valid Car Insurance · Must be vaccinated and show proof of COVID vaccination · Must pass background check which includes a drug test COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear masks. All common areas are sanitized multiple times a day.
