High-end residential construction company based in Southampton, NY seeking skilled construction manager / foreman. Position Summary Project based construction manager to oversee all aspects of high-end residential construction from start of project to completion. Duties & Responsibilities Daily, on-site management of contractors and trades. Ability to interpret plans and implement work, material ordering, develop upcoming work schedule with contractors, inspect all aspects of work installed, perform layout, communicate to Project Managers and use project management software (BuilderTrend). Hours are generally 7AM to 4PM. Experience Wide-ranging residential construction knowledge. Previous experience as a site foreman with at least 5 years of applicable experience.
