WHAT A STINK FROM DUMPS YESTERDAY MORNING 8/30/19 Was that some double talk about expanding the DUMPS and then the Supt.tried to muddie it more? looks like they are adding another cell tring to justify it by claiming it was approved years ago??? ADDING ANOTHER CELL IS EXPANDING IT ??????? THEY ARE LOOKING TO SPEND MONEY TO IMPROVE SMELL COMING FROM THE DUMPS BUT THEY CLAIMED NO SMELL FROM DUMPS MUST BE COMING FROM SOMEBODY ELSE MORE DOUBLE TALK !!!!!!!!!!!
