We have too many places we need to make rental ready, painting, replacing some faucets, new light fixtures, new bathroom vanity, flooring, etc... My crew is very busy and some out sick. I am looking for additional help to make rental ready. This can be fixed or hourly, 1099 or cash. Can start ASAP.
