The West Albany High School swim team will be collecting returnable cans and bottles this Saturday, January 12. To help with this fundraiser, please drop off your donation at Liberty Elementary School from 8:30-11:30 am. Liberty Elementary is located at 2345 Liberty St SW, Albany (behind West Albany High School in the playground). Curb pickup is available in most West Albany neighborhoods. If you received a mini flyer on your garage door, a WAHS student/parent teams will pick up your donation Saturday between 9-11 a.m. In other areas, place your cans and bottles on the curb by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you didn't get a flyer or may have missed our team, please call/text on Saturday morning for a pick-up. This is the major fundraiser for the WAHS Swim Team. Go Bulldogs!
