Loving hound mix needs good home

This is gypsy, shes a little shy at first but is an absolute sweetheart once she gets comfortable with you. She was abandoned in the woods by a hunting club according to several nearby neighbors i spoke to near where i found her. The vet was only able to give me a rough estimate of 3-5years old because her teeth have been ground down so badly that they couldnt get an accurate age from them. When i brought her home she had heartworms and after a long (and expensive) treatment process she is finally heartworm free! I really don't want to rehome her but unfortunately i work very long hours and my grandparents are getting tired of constantly babysitting her. I want her to go to someone who has time to dedicate to her and preferably someone with a large fenced in space for her to run, she is still working on house breaking, i truly dont believe shes ever been kept inside before i found her so its been a bit of a challenge for sure, but again i work so much that i never get a chance to work on training her, and my grandparents are at an age that they dont have the patience or energy to put into training, but i know that with some basic training she will be a perfect little angel of a housedog, she gets along great with other dogs, cats, and small children. I have spent thousands getting her happy and healthy again, the vet actually broke down in tears and thanked me for being a good enough human to take in a complete stray and spend as much as i did on her, that being said i will be asking a 300$ rehoming fee to make sure she goes to an equally loving home.
