If you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in installing windows and doors in structures of all shapes, sizes, and styles, we want to hear from you. INSTALLERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CREWS AND TOOLS. What You’ll Be Doing – the Role · Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors. · Properly fill out installation or service paperwork upon completion. · Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions. · Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics. · Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and /or alternate techniques. · Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation. What We’re Looking For · 3 years of replacement window installation, measuring & carpentry finishing experience helpful. · Working knowledge of hand and power tools. · Have knowledge of basic liner and casing installation including picture frame and sill/apron methods. · Basic enclosure of openings such as proper framing, insulation, siding and drywall patching. · Installation of new headers and framing support. · Demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision-making skills. · Solid communication skills; ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the job site. · Proven organizational skills; prioritize and organize tasks efficiently and effectively. · Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware. · Ability to maintain perspective in resolving conflicts. · Willingness to work variable work hours, adapt to schedule changes and accept process changes. · Proven customer resolution skills. · Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments and work well within a team. · High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record. · Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Physical Demands · The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. · Walk and stand on uneven surfaces. · Ability to use power tools (i.e. table saw, skill saw). · Hear audible warning signals. · Lift and carry up to 70 pounds. · Must exhibit a high level of endurance, energy, and strength to successfully perform duties. · Comfortable working indoors and outdoors. · May require dexterity to push, pull, climb, bend, twist, turn, reach, etc. · Use of personal protective equipment. · Flexible to changing work conditions, assignments and hours. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 per week + completion bonuses Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends and remote works depends on the job)
