A panel of volunteer attorneys and paralegals hold free informational workshops every Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Beale Library, 711 Truxtun Ave. Bring your legal problems and your papers for a free consultation. The seminars are organized by Bakersfield Paralegal and sponsored by the Kern County Library and the Kern County Law Library . Walk-ins are welcome.
