ISO non shedding small dog or puppy

Hello! I am looking for a non shedding companion that either is or will be no more than 25 pounds fully grown. Ideally I am looking for a puppy up to 1.5 years old for adaptability purposes. This dog will be my constant companion, on flights and road trips etc. I prefer a poodle or poodle mix for the personality traits, energy level, and ease of training. I do not want a dog that is white. I am willing to pay a reasonable rehoming fee, please do not contact me trying to sell an animal. Thank you!
