Need lift Gate Mechanic Help !!! Won't go up

If you still see this post I still need help. I have a thieman tvl 20 lift gate on my cube van. The darn thing quit working on me. I need some help trouble shooting the issue. It seem I got power going to the switch and at least some going to new solenoid but still have nothing. I don't have a volt meter to test amp or volts I'll pay $100 if you can get it to work.
