Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the safe operation for our residential treatment facility located in Warminster. Maintain safety and operation systems and monitors all regulatory requirements in conjunction with the maintenance supervisor. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preventive maintenance Understand procedures for testing the emergency preparedness system. Know the location of all mechanical systems. Know HVAC filters and locations. Assist in the preventive maintenance program. Completes work orders as assigned Promote cleaning of equipment components. Suggest ideas that promote equipment reliability. Demonstrate casualty prevention awareness. Recognize potential problems to minimize down time. Assist in the Safety program management Complete fire extinguisher inspection program. Follow lockout tag-out procedures, Report safety hazards. Know life safety codes. Responsible for sprinkler systems tests. Suggest ideas that enhance safety programs. Assist in Project management Work as a member of the team. Maintain clean work areas and tool safety. Be self-motivated, anticipate the next step in completing projects. Ability to learn new skills. Some mechanical skills required. Complete tasks/projects. Exhibit communication skills. Ability to resolve problems or refer to pertinent personnel. Ability to manage inventory. REQUIREMENTS Must be able to be able to pass a child abuse clearance, criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and a drug screen. Travel between facilities, so a valid driver's license and current insurance is required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Covid-19, temperature screening and face mask required.
