I am a local builder looking to hire a Project Manager/Builder to Manage local new builds and remodel jobs over the metroplex. We are a Fort Worth based building business that has had tremendous growth recently and is looking to expand even more. We handle residential remodels, New Builds and Commercial construction. We have an office and an existing list of sub-contractors with tenure and experience. We are a family run/family owned business with A LOT of room to grow. We have consistent work and Great customers. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, cares about what they do and is trustworthy. You must have Reliable Transportation, Good Demeanor, Experience, and dress professionally. I have high expectations and look for work to be consistent, sharp and done to a standard that you would do for your own family. You will be required to take an entrance exam as a baseline for knowledge and expect to be held at a HIGH standard. I Expect proficiencies in all elements of building residential Remodel work, New construction and Light commercial. Experience in Commercial service is a major plus. Salary pay range from 50K/Yr- 82K/Yr Starting pay depending on History, performance, etc. You will need to provide an issued Government ID, go through a background check and have references available upon request. You will be required to meet for an initial consultation before starting any work and the details of payment, terms and company expectations will be outlined at the meeting.
