Trade Beef for Moving Freezer

I need someone with a truck and maybe a friend with a strong back. I have a freezer I need moved a few miles within Albany. Help me unload the frozen meat you haul the freezer and help unload it into my garage the beef is yours. I don't know how much meat there is but more then your fuel and time.
