IMMEDIATE FULL TIME OPENING for a highly skilled, experienced Floating Maintenance Technician. This individual must be able to handle all aspects of multi-family property maintenance, preventative maintenance, and renovations at our multiple properties located in the Orange County, Mission Viejo, and San Diego. This position requires heavy driving. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Scheduling, performing, and completing work order and repairs · All unit Turnover maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.) · All Maintenance · All Preventative Maintenance · Renovations QUALIFICATIONS: · Heavy experience in plumbing preferred · Heavy experience in electrical preferred · HVAC Certification required · Ability to be on-call · Basic carpentry skills preferred · Experience in painting · Provide basic hand tools · Ability to read, write and speak English · Ability to communicate professionally · Strong customer service skills · Must have reliable transportation · Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record · Proof of Valid Car Insurance · Must be vaccinated and show proof of COVID vaccination · Must pass background check which includes a drug test COVID-19 considerations: All employees are required to wear masks.
