The ideal candidate must have: Positive attitude & outgoing personality, strong work ethic, team player, ability to multitask, reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and professional. The applicant must have relevant skills including, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile, water damage, as well as minor plaster, painting and experience working with all types of tools. Qualifications: • Must have 3-5 years of direct and proven experience as a general laborer • Must have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor • Must be flexible to work during emergency situations. • Solid interpersonal skills, along with excellent communication skills, must be proficient in the English language; Spanish a plus. • Adhere to safety guidelines • Dependable and reliable • Team player a must • Driver's License (Preferred) • COVID-19 vaccination required. Physical Requirements (this position has significant physical requirements including): Walking, lifting/carrying, climbing, stairs, hand coordination, crawling, awkward positioning, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, push/pull, climb ladders, grasp/grip/turning, must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Holiday • On call shift • Overtime • Weekend availability Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
