Seeking Site Manager for Hanalei Bay Villas, a 37-villa condo complex in Princeville, to maintain the integrity and appearance of the villas and common grounds. --Open to part-time (25-31 hrs/week) or full-time (32-40 hrs/week). --Prefer candidate to live on north shore Kauai. Skills/experience desired: • Minimum 1 year experience as site manager desirable • General handyman skills (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, tool repair/sharpening). All tools are provided. • General landscape skills/experience (mowing, tree/hedge trimming, planting). All equipment is provided. • Ability to supervise one employee • Ability to learn quickly, be a self-starter and work with little direct supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and must have own computer • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with Board, owners, rental guests, and contractors • Able to lift 40 pounds • Able to drive to Home Depot and other Lihue locations for supplies (mileage reimbursed) • Ability to work closely with Board, owners, grounds employee, vendors, and the community
