Cider and Cheese? Yes, please!
Cider and cheese go together naturally. In fact, many of the world’s finest cheeses come from traditional cider
regions. Think of Clos Normand Cider and Camembert (Normandy, France). What grows together goes
together!
In this workshop participants will look at the basics of cheese and then pair four different cheeses with four
different, 3 oz ciders (Comeback Kid, Wingman, Hazy Hopped, and En Fuego). This one and a half class includes a
sensory exercise at the beginning and will include a pairing guide to take home. The majority of this class is
comparing the different cheeses with ciders.
