VENDOR REGISTRATION: Worthington Kidsfest Presented by Integrity Athletics 2/11/22This is a fun huge winter event that includes summer camps, resources for your home, shopping, connecting with area business. Activities include bounce park, balloon artist, face painter, valentines items, stage performances, contests, and more! It will attract families and community from Worthington, Clintonville, Polaris and Lewis Center surrounding area. Great way to find new customers with 800-1,000+ attendees in this fun winter festival. It will be fun! Vendor RegistrationWhen: February 11th (Friday, February 11th 5 - 8PM)Where:  Cornerston Athletic Center (535 Lakeview Plaza Blvd, Worthington, OH 43085)Who Attends:  Community & Families from Worthington, Clintonville, Polaris and Lewis Center surrounding area.How it works: Indoor event! Families or attendees pre-register to attend the event or it's various fun activities. Admission is free. Expected Attendance: 800 - 1,000+Festival Eventbrite page: Coming SoonWhy families attend the event: This is a fun winter event that families and the community attend to help them with getting ready for spring & summer. This event will have summer camps, shopping finding products/services, local community resources, classes, education, home, fun, food, adventures, sports, health, and more! What to do at the event:Valentine Fun: Special valentines candy, contests, activities and more Fun activities: Include bounce park, face painter, balloon artist, stage performances (magician or juggler), mystery prize wheel, contest, free popcorn, cotton candy, cookies and lot of other neat items for your family! Food trucks and more!Shopping & Community businesses!: Great to connect with families / moms shopping - sell products or anything else to get ready for 2022. Plus connect with the great local businesses in the area! Sponsorship or Booth Opportunities (event is indoors):  Booth included with sponsorship plus logo on website, flyers, posters, and more! Mystery Valentines Candy Zone (Platinum): Part of the Valentines experience. This is the area where kids will receive free Valentines Conversation Hearts Candy Boxes (200). Afterwards they visit to spin the Valentines Prize Wheel (we provide prizes) – most visible area of the event: $500Main Stage (Platinum): The most visible area at the event! Presenting sponsor or all stage activities. Stage mentions during the entire event, 5' x 2' banner at the front of the stage, and the ability to have several appearances on the stage. High visible. $500 Glitter Tattoos (Platinum):  Glitter Tattoos artist at your booth - very popular and a great way to be seen at the event.  Just a fun way to be a part of the event.  $600 Event Bag (Platinum):  This is the bag that everyone receives at the start of the event.  Key item and highly anticipated because of all the special goodies in it.  You provide the bag $400Fun Zone Area (Gold): The Bounce Park is back! Super fun area including slides, obstacle course, and other bounce items. Presenting sponsor of area includes 5'x2' sign at entrance of area plus 30 free passes. #1 area. $400Lollipop Game (Gold): You receive 250 lollipops in a sucker tree. The tree has 4 different levels with suckers on each level. Kids pick flash cards to determine which sucker they win. Very engaging area and fun! $400Entrance (Gold):  Signage /banner at front entrance + your flyers distributed at main entrance + Booth near entrance + Included on event promotional material!
