5th Anniversary ConcertNashoba Symphonic Bandwith Gavin Klein, organ soloistSaturday, February 2, 2022, 2 p.m.Location: Mechanics Hall 321 Main StreetWorcester, MA 01608Program includes Vincent Persichetti’s Psalm for Band, Polka and Fugue from ‘Schwanda, the Bagpiper‘ by Jaromir Weinberger, Edwain Frank Goldman’s setting of J.S.Bach’s Fantasia in G, the Finale from Saint-Saens’ Organ Symphony, as well as marches by Sousa, Goldman and Bowles.
Nashoba Symphonic BandAs an ongoing part of its music program, Nashoba High School is pleased to offer the opportunity for adults and students from the Nashoba family and surrounding communities to rehearse and perform with the Nashoba Symphonic Band. Now in its fifth season (a year late), the ensemble is under the direction of David Bailey.
The Nashoba Symphonic Band typically plays four to five concerts each season at Nashoba Regional High School and occasional off-site locations.
