Les Contes De Galerie happens monthly at Johnson's which combines music, food and stories about both. 5P-9P show starts @ 7PM -food included
For me, This quote from Winona LaDuke, even though it's reference is only about food, sums up Louisiana 's relationship with food and music “Food for us comes from our relatives, whether they have wings or fins or roots. That is how we consider food. Food has a culture. It has a history. It has a story. It has relationships.” .
Please join us February 12th, 2022 where Mary Broussard, a Lafayette Based singer songwriter, will perform her songs, talk about her relationships with them and share stories of her favorite childhood food memories that Chefs CJ Pothier and Greg Walls will recreate (included in ticket price).
Doors open @ 5:00 PM. Show starts @ 7:00 PM
