The Opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Communications and Team Services Graduate Assistant to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Communications and Team Services Graduate Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations for the team and family services. This is a season-long position that runs through July 31, 2022. “Per city, state, or client mandate, all current and new hires at this location are required to have received an authorized COVID 19 vaccination. You will be asked to confirm this prior to receiving a job offer.”Responsibilities  Support day-to-day operations for team and family services Managing media monitoring services, compiling and distributing daily press clippings. Supporting the gameday media operations for all Boston Bruins home games, which includes setting up all media areas, the press box and credential distribution. Handle administrative duties, including but not limited to sending and receiving packages, ordering office supplies, organizing player and staff mail, updating schedule calendars. Other duties as assignedQualifications  Candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, which includes being organized, responsible, and punctual. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant previous experience is a plus.
