Schedule: A comprehensive schedule will be released closer to the event. As you make travel arrangements, note that doors will open on Friday at 7:00 PM and the convention will wrap up on Sunday by 11:30 AM. Location & Access: The AYP Convention will be hosted at the Hurst Conference Center located at 1601 Campus Dr, Hurst, TX 76054 and connected via complimentary shuttle to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport . With direct flights to 263 airports, the DFW International Airport is a global travel hub and the Hurst Conference Center is a short 10 minute ride away. Please call the Hilton Garden Inn Hurst Conference Center at least 24 hours ahead of your stay to request a ride or to request an airport pickup. Housing: This year’s housing option is the Hilton Garden Inn Hurst Conference Center. This hotel is connected to the Hurst Conference Center. Housing options include a king room with a sofa bed or a double queen room. Both may house up to four individual. The special AYP Convention rate of $104 includes a complimentary hot breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Note that this rate exclude taxes and other fees. You may choose to book housing elsewhere, but no AYP rate will be applied to that reservation and you will be responsible for your own breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Refund Policy: Convention registration fees are non-refundable. Sabbath Program Closed to Public: Due to limited space, the Sabbath program will not be open to the public. Only those who have registered will be allowed to participate in the event. Individuals who are not registered and come on Sabbath will kindly be asked to leave.
