Wine Tasting event hosted by Andrew Spence, Advanced Certified Sommelier, paired with food prepared by Chef Jess Deguzman This event is a sit down tasting hosted by Andrew Spence who is an Advance Certified Sommelier. We will start this tasting by trying some completely new and unconventional international bubbles. Then each culinary course will be curated by Chef Partner Jess Deguzman. As the food arrives, so will the wine. We will get up close and personal with wines from the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s. Some will be old and some will be new. At the end of the event, we will all have a new found appreciation for laying down wine. We will also be given the opportunity to taste new, bright, and racy wine along with mature wines side by side against some of Mata Ne’s greatest dishes. This is a don’t miss event!!
