Wine Tasting event hosted by Andrew Spence, Advanced Certified Sommelier, paired with food prepared by Chef Jess Deguzman
This event is a portfolio tasting hosted by Andrew Spence who is an Advance Certified Sommelier. We will start our exploration of The Prisoner Wine Company Portfolio with a comprehensive look from the lightest bottling to the heaviest. We will start by tasting the Unshackled Sauv. Blanc, Chardonnay, Rosé, and then we jump in to the Prisoner Wine Companies Pinot, Prisoner Blend, and the Cab to finish things off. All this will be accompanied by a savory meal prepared by Chef Partner Jess Deguzman. In the end we will taste 5-7 wines paired with food.
