In the corporate world I learned a useful tool in which, allowed me to define my targets & create goals around the things I wanted to improve. Out of this, I committed to habits around areas of wellness, finance, self-development & squeezed some fun into my vision board as well. Cause all work and no play doesn’t make things enjoyable!
