March 5th, 6 pm Cheese Making 101 at Soule' Culinary and Art Studio, 800 Ocean Rd. Point Pleasant, NJ March 5th 6 pm - 9 pm Cheese Making 101 Soule' Culinary and Art Studio, 800 Ocean Rd. Point Pleasant, NJ. Join me for a night of Cheese Making. This one of the favorites of Soule'! We will be making Farmers Cheese (or) Basket Cheese, with Rosemary, Honey and Lemon Zest. Fresh Ricotta and we will learn how to pull Mozzarella Curd and then we will make Mozzarella Pinwheel from Di Parma Prosciutto, Figs and basil. After making our cheeses, we will sit down and enjoy Crostinis, Olives, Berries, Tomato and an assortment of vinegar's and oils a long with the cheeses we just made. BYOB always welcome.
