Winter Self-Healing & Inspiration Workshop!This is a (3) Session Series Workshop on Monday nights from 6-8 pm. Dates are: 1/31, 2/7 & 2/21 at Root To Crown Yoga & Wellness Studio, 82 Main St. Alton, NH (2nd floor). This workshop is all about taking time for yourself! Whether your soul needs to explore some healing remedies, or you simply just want to embrace some positive inspiration with other like-minded women, THEN THIS IS THE WORKSHOP FOR YOU! You are worth it! Workshop Includes: *Guided journaling & healing talks with Survivor/Inspirer, Christy Painchaud(each attendee receives a personalized journal) *Meditation & breath with guest instructor Sue Cronin*The healing power of essential oils with Andrea Caruso (with a make and take essential oil roller)Each class will INSPIRE your soul with new or "renewed" self-care + healing remedies!“Human beings carry within themselves the seed of healing. Our choices affect us more than we realize, and it is because of this that we tend to place responsibility for our wellness in the hands of others. As beneficial as regular visits to a healer can be, we have the power to heal ourselves at will. When we dedicate a day to the pursuit of wellness, we can relax and renew ourselves in a nourishing and comfortable environment.” - The Daily Om Registration: $147 for (3) sessions and a self-care swag bag! * This workshop minimum is 10 students (max is 15), so bring a friend.
