Greenhouse manager needed for Lawson's Greenhouse. New owners seek manager to oversee greenhouse operations including: creating production schedules, plant ordering, arrangement and design of annuals/baskets/perennials, planting, receiving supplies and orders, fertilizing, IPM oversight, organizing supplies and clearing/cleaning. Ability to oversee retail sales via Square a plus. Experience in greenhouse operations with planting and ordering is essential. Manager will work closely with new owners and oversee a small team. Hours vary with season. Position can accommodate taking time off in winter and fall months, or staying on full-time and working in other capacities. Must be able to lift 50 lbs easily and be on feet all day. Job is very active.
