Builders of Hope CDC has partnered with the Mill City Community Association to bring tangible transformation through revitalization to a community that is experiencing a wave of new housing development yet is still marked with high crime and blight. The MLK service day is one of the initiatives that has formed through this partnership with the idea that positive visible presence is a way to curve crime.
