You’re invited to Fermentation Fest, a celebration of fizzy drinks, tasty eats, and everything else fermentation fuels.
Join us on Thurs., Feb. 24 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Turbine Flats in Lincoln, Neb. to learn what it takes to make homemade sourdough, small batch kimchi, fermented meats, aged cheese, hard cider, homebrews, biofuels, and anything else you can ferment. Vote for the crowd favorite and see who takes home the “Best in Fizz” prize ribbon from our panel of judges.
Fermentation Fest is FREE, open to all ages, and will include plenty of complimentary samples. Due to limited space, registration is required.
