Description

Approximately 5000 SF, Armstrong, commercial, VCT, tile floor. Require floor to be sweep clean. Machine stripped of minimal, remaining, old finish. Washed and rinsed with PH neutral detergent. Rinse water vacuumed dry. Floor inspected for any remaining finish or contaminants. Once OKed, apply 2 coats of sealer with micro fiber mop. Followed with 5 coats of high solids finish. Buff to high gloss with burnishing machine. We supply equipment and premium materials. All work must be done satisfactory. No experience required. This is not difficult work. Just need directions followed exactly. No pay for poor results.
