We provide thorough training and introduction to the business starting at $21.74/hour, then you’ll transition to commission on job revenue after 90 days, with great earning potential! A & W Windows, a division of Skils’kin, provides commercial and residential window washing services to Spokane and surrounding areas, as well as other services: gutter cleaning, power washing (house, roof, fence, sidewalk, driveway, walkway etc.). Our goal is to keep our community great by keeping our customers happy! We do that by delivering the highest quality service and results. This team works in residential and commercial spaces, so the highest level of customer service and quality workmanship is a must. We’re looking for team members who understand the importance of working hard, being respectful, courteous, and presentable while interacting with customers. Duties: Provide commercial and residential services for: -Window Washing -Spring Cleaning -Rain Gutter Cleaning -Pressure Washing -Holiday Lights -Hard Water Treatment -Exterior building washing -Fence washing -Sidewalk cleaning -Roof cleaning -Driveway cleaning -Walkway cleaning Requirements: -High level of attention to job details -Excellent customer service -Pride and satisfaction in work -Strong work ethic -Enjoy heights (no job higher than 3 stories-no rappelling work involved) -Enjoy working with hands and in the outdoors -Able to work from ladders and boom truck -Employees must have a current driver’s license, and a good driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier. -Please note we follow WA State and Federal guidelines for mask wearing, vaccine compliance, and social distancing to protect our employees and those we serve. Experience/Education: -Prior experience is great, and training will also be provided on the job. Compensation/Benefits: Pay is $21.74 per hour to start, then commission after 90 days employment. Tech 1 earns 21% job revenue, Tech 2 earns 26% job revenue.
