Small young dog looking to Rehome

This is Izzy 8-9 months old & not quite sure what breed she is. She loves to snuggle & has really soft fur. She doesn't care for other dogs, probably won't do well around cats. Although Izzy is small she would love a yard. Izzy likes to bring in sticks & chew them up especially sticker bushes, she can also catch mice. Izzy needs lots of training, she likes to go on walks but not really leash trained (she won't run off or go very far & returns), she likes to play fetch & is treat motivated. She get's overzealous at time & has tons of energy. I think she would be a perfect barn yard dog or live on a farm or something to deter rodents. Even though Izzy is small she can be a handful & would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
