Learn to make this cast iron deep dish pizza in your home! Making your own pizza at home can be a fun evening in for the entire family! In this hands on class you will learn how make fresh pizza dough and create a delicious Chicago style pizza. A nice mixed green salad with house made Olivelle Dressing will also be served. You will work in pairs creating a pizza, sign up with a friend, or come solo and make a new one! Cost for this class is $60/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-00911 What to Expect: The Pizza Making class is taught by Chef Ron Rawhoof who specializes in Baking. Ron is one of The Cook's Stations valuable café Chefs. He bakes all the breads and muffins we have all come to enjoy. In this hands-on class you will work in pairs shaping your pasta dough and creating a deep dish pizza to share. Chef will demo how to make your own tomato sauce and how to create some wonderful dressings using our Olivelle oils and vinegars. You will have a meal of pizza and mixed green salad w/ house made dressing. Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be available. Come and have a fun evening out in the kitchen! Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply) Two glasses of wine along with other beverages will be served during the class.
