Troy Barbell & Fitness is looking for hard working and dedicated Warehouse Associates. Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products, equipment, and material within establishments by performing the following duties:Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all shipments in order to be shippedMaintain that all safety guidelines and procedures are followed to avoid any accidentsEnsure the cleanness of warehouseSupport management in any special taskPerform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervisionInteract professionally with other employees, customers and suppliersWork effectively as a team contributor on all assignmentsWork independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizationsPerform additional duties and projects as requiredRequired/Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:• Must be able to lift up to and not limited to 70 lbs frequently (required) • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. • Ability to write simple correspondence • Basic Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form • UPS/FedEx experience a plus • OSHA certification a plusEducation and Language Requirement • High School diploma or GED • Bilingual in Spanish preferred Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vison • Short Term / Long Term Disability • AD&D • Paid Time Off • Retirement • Paid Company Holidays At Troy Barbell and Fitness, we maintain a high standard of quality that holds true for every aspect of our company, including our employees.
