Head & Heart Dinner
If you or someone you love has survived a heart attack or stroke, join us for a dinner honoring their survivorship. This year, East Georgia Regional Medical Center will host four Head & Heart Dinners to provide a space for survivors, along with their friends and family members, to come together and celebrate life after heart attack or stroke.
Join us for a heart healthy meal, fun activities, companionship, understanding, and a sense of belonging. These events will also includes guest speakers, resources you can use, conversation and more:
• Share experiences
• Exchange resources
• Socialize
• Gain knowledge
• Problem solve
• Give mutual support
• Empower others
The Head & Heart Dinners will have limited reservations to maintain social distancing, and all participants must wear masks.
Head & Heart Dinners will be held once quarterly on a Tuesday evening from 6-7 p.m.
