Craving some island flavor? Join us for fun filled evening of cooking and discover the beautifully authentic flavors and flair of a traditional Jamaican cuisine.
In this class you can look forward to creating Jamaican Braised Oxtails with Butter Beans — a delicacy of Jamaica, very rich and vibrantly flavored, along side traditional Rice and Peas.
This class includes all ingredients you’ll need. You will have enough to take home with you.
Guest are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
At the end of class, we all sit down to enjoy the meal together and if it makes you more comfortable, you may opt to take your portion to go.
Each class is priced per Cooking Station. Each Cooking Station accommodates 2 people, so feel free to invite another friendly foodie to help prepare the meal with you.
