A Soundbath is a transformative journey that uses the magic of sound to connect us to our Highest Self. Sound has been used for 1000’s of years to heal, raise the consciousness of our powerful human experience and enhance the enjoyment of life. Tucked away in a small studio in Hot Springs Village you will find Illuminate… a modern sound healing studio. You will lay down on a yoga mat with blankets, and we will play a “Soundbath”. A Soundbath is a transformative journey curated with both modern and ancient sounds to transform the “noise” of our fast paced world. All you have to do is close your eyes and enjoy the rejuvenating journey. This beautiful sound bath will be a magical underwater journey of rain, whales along the ocean, crystal bowls, and more. Music and sound is our universal language & our journey will be a rejuvenation of the senses. Our goal is for your mind to re-connect to a state of peace & leave our sound journey having a deep appreciation of how transformative and fun sound is for the mind, body & soul.
