WEST HAVEN, CT — A person was hospitalized after being shot in West Haven on Thursday, according to police. West Haven police responded to an area hospital on the report of a person shot, officials said. The victim is being treated for injuries that weren't life-threatening, according to police. Police were told the incident happened in West Haven and are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Simone at 203-937-3900. No further information was immediately provided.
