~Great opportunity for a team player who enjoys working outdoors. ~Works as a team participant along with the management staff to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards. ~Maintains lawns, sidewalks, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features. ~Mows and edges lawns, using powers mowers, push mowers, and/or edgers. ~Performs various community maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log. These functions may include, but are not limited to light bulb changes, touch up painting, cleaning of pool deck and furniture. Must have clean drivers license and pass a background check.
