Some interest/experience in automotive, welding or woodworking is a plus for advancement. Hours are 6:00am to 2:45 pm with a 45-min lunch break. This job is: Open to applicants who do not have a college or high school diploma/GED. A good job for someone young just entering the workforce and needing experience, someone just returning to the work force with limited experience and education, or just someone looking to learn new skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspect arriving vehicles, detail departing vehicles • Assist receiving clerk as needed • Maintain a clean and organized shop floor by ensuring: • All interior areas are kept free of debris • All exterior areas (parking lot & front of the building) are kept clean, free of debris and presentable to potential customers • Empty shop floor and office trashcans twice weekly • Stock restrooms with paper supplies • Breakdown boxes for recycling • Recycle scrap metal • Vacuum metal shop equipment • Clean/organize hanging rack • Vacuum wood working area • Other duties as assigned by the manager • Assist workers as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
