Looking to rehome three pet rats. Theyre about six weeks old and super socialized! Unfortunately we had some health testing done on one of three and the guy we tested came back negative on on all parasites and Hauntavirus and Leptisprosis but did come back positive for rat bite fever... With four little kids in the house (two who are toddlers) it just isn't the right situation for our family. I'm hoping I can find someone who is willing to take all three as pets as I have a nine year old who is absolutely heart broken over this. They will not come with cage but will come with bedding, food, treats etc. To break this down a bit, the vet did clarify that majority of rats are carriers of RBF but most people don't test... Asking a rehoming fee of $50 for the three of them and their belongings. We have over $500 put into them in vet care alone.
