Here are the top 3 stories today in Buffalo: Two Buffalo men have been indicted in a shooting that happened outside of Devlin's Deuce bar in Tonawanda last November. 29-year-old Leslie Tatum is accused of attempting to shoot and kill a man with an illegal gun following a fight at the bar. 25-year-old Quran McNish, who allegedly provided Tatum with the illegal firearm, was also indicted Wednesday afternoon.(WIVB.com - News 4)A winter weather advisory was issued for southern Erie County on Friday as forecasters predicted additional accumulations of up to seven inches of snow. The National Weather Service has advised motorists to be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities this weekend. Winds will be gusting as high as 35 mph, according to the weather service. (Buffalo News)April Baskin was reelected to a fourth year as chair of the Erie County Legislature on Thursday afternoon. Baskin was unanimously voted in by the legislature's seven-member Democratic majority and sworn in during the annual reorganization. Tim Meyers was also elected as the legislature's Majority Leader.
