*PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* *PAID WEEKLY* IMMEDIATE need for 1099/subcontractors to handle numerous upcoming projects for single family investment home renovations/flips. We are currently handling 100 home renovations per month and need to partner with RESIDENTIAL REMODELERS / SMALL GENERAL CONTRACTORS / HANDYMEN (2+ man crew) to provide at least several services in a renovations job scope. Sample services needed below: *Licensed Electricians *Licensed Plumbers *Small Roof Repairs *Painting *Drywall *Cabinetry *Carpentry *Licensed HVAC *Flooring MUST possess Commercial General Liability Insurance ($1M / $2M Aggregate), Workers Comp (if applicable) and able to add us as a Certificate Holder. Requirements Remodeler/General Contractor: 1. Crews must possess own transportation, materials and own equipment/tools of that specific trade to perform the job. 2. Complete jobs on time without construction defect or large punch items, understand scopes and the process of coordinating labor and scheduling efficiently. 3. Document & communicate through email and phone with biweekly updates including pics, c/o items and weekly schedules. 4.
