GAITHERSBURG, MD — A 22-year-old man reported missing in Gaithersburg has not been seen since Dec. 4, and Montgomery County Police are asking for the public's help to find him. Owen Yves-Mary Segui was last seen in the 500 block of Rock Lodge Road. He is 5-foot-8.
