HOUSTON, TX — A house fire in north Houston killed one person and injured three others Friday morning, according to the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office. The Harris County Fire Marshal's Office, along with Precinct 1 Constable's deputies and the Houston Fire Department responded to the fire, which occurred near 2700 Trementina Drive, according to authorities. A resident was pronounced dead at the scene, and two children and one adult were taken to the hospital and treated for smoke inhalation, according to authorities. There were no smoke detectors in the house, and the cause of the fire is currently unknown, according to HCFMO. HCFMO investigators are on scene of a fatality fire. One adult female died. 2 children and one adult male transported for smoke inhalation. Fire is contained to one room.
