As a groundskeeper you keep the apartment community in tip-top shape!  You’ll make sure that the property is beautiful.   Perform general maintenance Pressure wash to be sure that the grounds and buildings are clean Make sure trash is picked up Make sure that the community has great curb appeal and looks inviting Provide great customer service to our residents Of course, you will need: A strong work ethic – be there and on time! An eye for detail – notice the little things!
