The Tinley Park Public library is seeking an energetic, positive, and service-oriented librarian to join our Adult Services team. We’re looking for a proactive person who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adapts easily to change, and is comfortable with technology. Primary duties include providing friendly, professional reference services, readers’ advisory, and technology assistance. Additionally, this position may teach technology classes and lead adult book discussions. We offer a benefit package of paid time off, sick leave, and some paid holidays.
