FBI Searching For 3 Men Wanted In St. Charles Bank Armed Robbery

ST. CHARLES, IL –Federal officials are asking for assistance in locating three people who authorities say robbed at St. Charles bank at gunpoint on Friday morning. Federal Bureau of Investigation officers were called to the BMO Harris branch in the 300 block of South Randall Road just after 9 a.m. after the armed suspects demanded money from a teller, officials said Friday. The suspects handed a note to the teller demanding money and each of the suspects were armed, including two who had handguns and another who displayed a long gun, the FBI said. One suspect is described as a black man between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10, with a thin to medium build and wearing all black. He was seen with a light blue garbage bag and a black hand gun. Bank surveillance captured this image of one of three suspects who police said robbed a St. Charles bank on Friday morning, (FBI) The second suspect being sought is a light complexioned black or Hispanic man between 5'6" and 5'8," with a medium build and was wearing gray pants, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and a black jacket. He was seen with a black handgun, officials said The third suspect is described as a light complexioned black or Hispanic male, standing about 6-foot-1 with a medium build and wearing black pants with white on the side and a black hooded sweatshirt. He was seen with a lime green and black bag and a long gun. All three suspects remain at large, the FBI said Friday. The St. Charles Police Department responded to the initial 911 call and is assisting the FBI with this investigation. The bank robbery is the latest the the FBI has investigated this week in suburban Chicago after three robberies were reported on Monday, along with one on Wednesday in Evanston involving a well-dressed suspect.
