Description
PENNSYLVANIA — Two missing Pennsylvania children have been found safe and their biological parents are in custody, state police said on Friday.
Jonathan Fannon, 30, and Brandi Stump, 25, were arrested Thursday.
Their children, Jade Fannon, 5, and Jayce Fannon, 3, were taken from the home they'd been placed in by the couple, who then went on the run, authorities said. The children had been declared missing and in danger earlier in the week.
The siblings were in the legal custody of Green County Children, a youth services agency.
Pennsylvania State Police were assisted by numerous authorities in West Virginia, where the couple have family. The Morgantown Police Department, Monongalia County Sheriffs, and West Virginia State Police all assisted.
Precise charges against the couple have not yet been announced.
